• The main function of this department is to provide a team of Technical staff covering our customer needs in the various tyre categories sold in this market.
  
• They offer technical services such as: Tyre Surveys, Scrap Tyre Analysis, Test Tyres, Route Studies, Load Studies, Monthly pressure checks and Troubleshooting.
  
• All these services are conducted and reported on, in a standard procedure.
  
• They also are responsible for gathering and sharing information such as Tyre Performance, Testimonials, New Products and Technical Specifications.
  
• This department also assists with training and development of staff on an ongoing basis.
  
• Claims - tyre failure claims are logged and submitted to Bridgestomne Middle East and Africa operations for relevant manufacturing defect inspection. Adjustments are managed on behalf the customer.
